Founded in 1984 by Mr. Armando Tan in Tarlac City, Philippines, Jelexie Bakeshop started as a humble home-based operation using time-honored family recipes. Our first official branch on M.H. Del Pilar Street quickly became a local favorite, supplying high-quality, affordable breads to schools and communities.

In 1990, Mr. Jimmy Tan took the reins, shifting from wholesale to retail with innovative baking techniques and new Tarlac locations. By 2000, we've grown steadily, now boasting 71 branches across Central and Northern Luzon—including Tarlac, Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, Pangasinan, Bulacan, and Bataan.

We honor our heritage with loaf breads, sumptuous pastries, and cakes baked daily, blending traditional Filipino flavors with modern excellence.
